At the beginning of 2007, Premier Capital Associates purchased Alliance and began a complete overhaul of the company's services. Our new name is a representation of the changes the company has gone through. With the addition of many exceptional services, our management division has grown by over 300% in the first year of new ownership. Alliance now manages over 1,200 apartment units and over 50,000 square feet of office space.
